What is covered

Labor — 90 days

If the fault we repaired comes back inside 90 days, the return visit and the labor to put it right are covered. No second diagnostic fee, no travel charge. The cover follows the repair, not the appliance: it applies to the specific failure that was diagnosed and fixed.

Parts — 365 days

Components we supply and fit carry 365 days from the repair date. Genuine OEM parts. That matters more than it sounds. On a built-in Thermador appliance an aftermarket board or element can fit, power up and still behave differently from the original under load — and a warranty on a part like that is worth very little.

If you supply your own part, it is fitted at your risk and no parts cover applies. The labor cover still stands.

Where the cover stops

• A different, unrelated fault appearing later on the same appliance.
• Damage from flooding, pests, physical impact, or a power surge after the repair. Storms are the local reality here, not an exception we can absorb.
• Work performed on the appliance by anyone else after our visit.
• Wear parts consumed in normal use, such as filters and seals replaced on schedule.
• Appliances that were already modified away from their original configuration.

How to claim

Call and say it is a warranty return. Have the date of the original visit ready. Nothing needs to be posted, registered or filed in advance — the service record on our side is the claim.
