How to read these
Each entry is one visit: what had failed, what was measured, what was changed and how the call ended. They are printed as they were given to us, first name and last initial only, and nothing has been trimmed to make a visit look tidier than it was.
A wall of nothing but top marks would tell a reader nothing. Several of the entries below describe a part that arrived wrong, a fault that came back or a second trip out. Those are the honest cost of this work and they stay on the page.
No figure appears in any of them. What a job costs is set out on the pricing page, where it can be held against the invoice, and what happens after the repair is on the warranty page. If one of these describes the fault on your own appliance, the page for that repair sets out how it gets narrowed down.

A zone would beep and shut down partway through cooking. He lifted the cooktop and found the underside ventilation choked where the cabinet had been lined with shelf paper. Clearing it stopped the shutdowns.

Our coffee system ground the beans, heated up and then announced it had no water with a full tank. He found the reservoir was not seating fully on its valve because a chip of plastic had lodged in the housing.
