What this site collects

Nothing. This site loads no analytics, no advertising tags, no embedded third-party content and no fonts from an external host. Every asset is served from this domain.

What we collect when you call

Your name, service address, phone number and a description of the appliance fault. That information exists to schedule and complete the repair, to order the correct parts, and to honour the warranty afterwards.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade customer information. We do not share it with Thermador or any other manufacturer. Parts suppliers receive only what is needed to fulfil an order.

Retention

Service records are kept while a warranty is live and for a reasonable period after, so a repeat fault can be traced against previous work.
