Terms

Diagnostic fee

Flat $129 diagnostic, credited toward the repair. The fee is payable whether or not you proceed, because it pays for the fault-finding rather than the repair.

Estimates

Written estimate before any work begins. If the fault turns out to be different from what the estimate assumed, work stops and a revised estimate is issued before continuing.

Parts

Genuine OEM parts. Availability and lead time are set by the supply chain, not by us, and we will tell you the expected wait before you commit.

Warranty

90 days on labor and 365 days on supplied parts, from the date of the repair. Coverage applies to the specific repair performed. It does not extend to an unrelated later fault, to damage from misuse, flooding, power surges or pests, or to work performed by anyone else afterwards.

Nothing on this site is a manufacturer warranty. Work performed by an independent company may affect a manufacturer warranty still in force on your appliance — if yours is still covered by Thermador, check that before booking.
