How a job runs
The $129 covers the visit and the fault-finding: confirming what has actually failed rather than replacing parts until the symptom goes away. If you approve the repair, that fee comes off the total.
Written estimate before any work begins. It lists the parts, the labor and the total before anything is ordered or opened. Parts are genuine OEM — on a built-in Thermador appliance that is what keeps a parts warranty worth having.

90 days on labor, 365 days on the parts we supply.
Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Closed Sunday. Scheduled appointments only.
Appointments are scheduled. There is no after-hours or emergency service, and no premium rate for pretending otherwise.
